This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Information we collect through our website at arocern.com (the "Website") and any services available on it (the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Please read it carefully.

    This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data that we process through our products and platforms, including the Motiv AI mobile app, the Prudence Score API, and related fleet and driver-monitoring software, such as driver, vehicle, location, and telematics data and any in-cab or road camera footage. That data is processed under our agreements with the relevant OEMs, fleet or business customers and under a separate product privacy notice.

    In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

    Arocern Automotive Pvt. Ltd. is the controller of the Personal Information described in this Policy. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR applies, we act as the controller. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India (the "DPDP Act") applies, we act as the Data Fiduciary.
