By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by downloading any materials made available through it (together, the "Website" and the "Materials"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with any additional terms that accompany specific Materials (collectively, the "Terms"). These Terms apply to your use of the Website and the Materials only.

Updated Terms take effect when we post them, and the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website or the Materials after we post updated Terms means that you accept them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using the Website and the Materials. It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.

By using the Website or the Materials, you grant Arocern a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to any patent claims that include subject matter disclosed in the Website or the Materials, and you agree not to assert any patent infringement claim against Arocern based on such claims.

If you send us any suggestions, ideas, feedback, or comments about the Website or the Materials ("Feedback"), you grant Arocern a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and act on that Feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or payment to you, and we will own all intellectual property rights in any features or functionality that we develop based on the Feedback.
